We provide maintenance and support services for applications and portals that we develop and for those developed by third parties.

We provide support services at three different levels.

For applications and portals developed by our company, we offer:

  • a guarantee against bugs and malfunctions (the warranty period varies from 3 months to 24 months depending on the project)
  • a support by email and HOTLINE

In the case of applications developed by third party, learning phase is necessary to know the product to be supported and assess the associated burden.
